Bournemouth 7s Festival will take place on Friday 26th, Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th May 2023.

Bournemouth 7s accepts the following forms of ID:
You must bring the physical copy of your ID. We do not accept photocopies or pictures of ID.
If you have purchased a student ticket you will also need a valid NUS, TOTUM or University/ College Card. Student ID must be valid with a clear photo and expiry date.
We operate a Challenge 25 Policy across all our the bars so if you are lucky enough to look Under 25, then be prepared to prove you are Over 18 when required.

Yes but you MUST use the designated customer car park and arrive before Midday on Saturday 27th or Sunday 28th May.
Anyone attempting to park on the public highway or in the festival's drop off area will be refused entry to the festival and your car may be towed.
All tickets are issued prior to the Festival. We offer two types of ticket - Team Tickets are for those who are playing sport at the festival and General Admission Tickets are for festival goers.
Team Tickets – All Team Tickets will be emailed to the team captain in early May. All tickets, including both your initial entry and upgrades, will be issued to the individual who made the purchase. Tickets can be scanned either using a paper or electronic version.
General Admission Tickets – All general admission tickets are emailed directly to the purchaser and nominated ticket holders at the point of purchase. Please make sure to bring your e-ticket with you either electronically or as a printed copy.
NO TICKET = NO ENTRY
Team Tickets - Team tickets will be emailed directly to the team captain in early May.
General Admission Tickets - All other tickets are sent to the ticket buyer's email address on the day of purchase. You would've received an email from our ticketing partner which will contain your ticket so please search for FIXR and not Bournemouth 7s, and be sure to check your email junk folder. We recommend you also download the FIXR App here to manage your ticket.
You are NOT allowed to give your wristband to anyone else. Wristbands are not transferable between people and are void if cut, removed or tampered with. You and the individual who has been given the wristband will be removed from the festival.
All tickets must be exchanged for a wristband on first entry.

If you have already found a buyer for your ticket but want to complete the transaction safely, you can create a private sale by selecting the ‘make my listing private’ option at the final step.
Please note that players tickets CANNOT be sold on resale platforms as they are specific to the sport and the team. You will need to sell it directly to somebody who would like to take your place on your team.
Yes, the name on the ticket must match the name of the ticket holder.
The purchaser of your tickets will be able to 'transfer' your ticket directly to you via the FIXR ticketing website or app.

We advise you only sell or purchase tickets through our official resale partner, Tixel. When purchased through Tixel, the name on the ticket will automatically change to your name.

As part of the B7s continued greener festival initiative we encourage all attendees to use the Shuttle buses from across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole or car share where possible.
Shuttle Bus – Available to pre-book (cheaper) with routes available from across the local area. Full timetables can be viewed HERE.
Pick Up and Drop Off (PUDO) – We have a dedicated area if you are being dropped of by friends or family. This is located within the Bournemouth Uni Sports Campus Main Entrance on the left hand side please follow the relevant signage to the PUDO area.

Car / Minibus – If travelling by car or minibus please arrive at the B7s Official Car Park which is located within the field opposite Bournemouth Airport Runway on Parley Lane. Please note that NO coaches or camper vans are permitted. Car parking tickets are available to purchase from our tickets page.

BUSIEST QUEUING TIMES:
Friday between 4pm – 7pm
Saturday and Sunday between 3pm – 6pm
We would highly recommend avoiding these times as it’s likely that they’ll be a longer waiting time despite our teams best efforts.
Please note: You will be searched upon entering the festival and anyone may be subjected to additional searches if our security deems it necessary.

Please note you can start queuing from 10am on the Friday however gates will open the same time as the Campsite (Midday).
As always, the earlier you arrive the better chance you get at securing the best spots in the Campsite, avoiding those early morning walks across the campsite.
Everything is within close proximity including Toilets, Showers, Food, Shops and Bars. We do strongly advise turning up as early as possible once our gates open to ensure you have plenty of time to unpack, get set-up and grab a drink!

The rumours are true, our Women's Only camping will return for 2023! Offering a private and safe environment for those ladies who want to be part of the festival atmosphere but have their own space over the weekend.
The Women Only camping area also offers the following; a secluded fenced off area within the main campsite, private toilets & showers and 24 hour security. However, this area is available on a first come first serve basis and cannot be pre-booked.
Hot showers are available at the following times in all camping areas:
Friday: 12pm – 9pm
Saturday & Sunday: 6am – 9pm
Monday: 6am – 10am
Our exclusive Glamping packages provide B7s fans with luxurious accommodation and services on site.
A separate Glamping area awaits with an abundance of luxury shower and toilet facilities. All our Glamping tents come pre-erected set up waiting for you to arrive.
All of the Spacious Bell tents come fitted with up to 5 single blow up beds, pillows, duvets, bedding, interior carpet, small table and exterior lights. Just a short distance from your B7s home is various charging facilities and a vanity area with mirrors and hair dryers to make sure your looking your very best for the evening celebrations.
This area has its own 24 hour security along with an onsite campsite management team to answer any questions you may have.
NO. Access to the whole campsite is strictly for Over 18s only. Anyone who is under the age of 18 will not be permitted to enter the campsite at any time.
No, you are not permitted to bring alcohol into the Festival, including the Campsite.
However, fear not! There will be plenty of bars at the Festival where you can enjoy a drink! You can purchase alcohol from the Main Festival Arena and take it into the campsite.
Immerse yourself in our most luxurious Glamping offering to date. Private transport will escort you from the festival entrance to our Boutique Glamping Village so there is no need to worry about carrying your heavy bags! Arrive at your private Boutique Safari Suite with it's very own en-suite bathroom.
Each suite has 4 single beds with quality mattresses, linens, pillows and duvets, as well as a sofa, armchair, outside seating, room lighting, a dressing table, coffee table, hanging storage and carpeting.
Avoid those early morning walks to the toilet with your private en-suite bathroom. This will be your home-from-home with a shower, hot water, toilet, basin, towels & toiletries.

Yes, we accept card across all bars. Most bars within the Main Arena will accept card, contactless and cash payments however not all food traders will accept card.
Yes, Bournemouth 7s Festival has its own changing block for PLAYERS ONLY located at the centre of the site. This has Male and Female changing areas plus showers and is open from 7am – 8pm on Saturday & Sunday.
There are drinking water points located throughout the festival site which are free to use and there to keep you hydrated over the weekend.
Free drinking water is also available from all of our festival bars, just ask any member of our bars team.
If you need first aid please locate the nearest member of security or staff who will be able to help. We have an extensive medical team based in the medical centre next to the main entrance. The service is run by experienced doctors, paramedics, nurses and physios who will be able to help with any injury or ailment.
If you require help for any reason whilst at Bournemouth 7s Festival, please speak to any member of staff or security and they will be able to help you.

Yes, the following are NOT allowed into the Festival, all of which will be removed and seized during the security searches upon arrival.
Bournemouth 7s operates a zero tolerance drugs policy. If you are caught with drugs upon entry, you will not be able to enter the festival and your ticket/wristband will be void.
On Friday we host an exclusive Friday Night Players Party, which is open exclusively to all Campers and Players. The opening party is the stuff of legend so if you fancy starting your B7s experience in style, be sure to purchase a camping ticket and make the most of the whole weekend.
Please note: The Box office is not open to any General Admission Ticket holders who want to trade their ticket for a wristband. All Day and Weekend Ticket holders MUST arrive early on the Saturday / Sunday to do this.
No, the festival operates a ‘No Refund' policy across all Team Entry Packages and General Admission Tickets.

In the unlikely event that the festival is cancelled, including if due to COVID-19, tickets will automatically be rolled over to the next available dates. There will also be a refund period which will be advertised widely, during this period full refunds can be applied for.
Yes, in essence but only until 6pm. Festival guests over the age of 18 can leave and re-enter freely up until 6pm on Saturday and Sunday. Any festival guests under 18 will not be permitted to come and go freely between the 1pm entry and 6pm leaving cut off times.
Late Entry Passes will be issued from the Info Point located near the main entrance to PLAYERS WHOSE MATCHES END AFTER 4PM ONLY. Late Entry Passes are for teams only and won’t be issued for General Admission ticket holders. Players wishing to enter site after 6pm must provide proof of local accommodation.
Yes, of course, children are more than welcome to come along to the festival. All children under 14 years old are able to attend for FREE at the door.
Children over 14 years old must purchase a '14-17 Years Ticket’.
