Bournemouth 7s Festival takes place Friday 22nd, Saturday 23rd & Sunday 24th May, Bank Holiday Weekend, at:

BU Sports Campus, 
Chapel Gate, 
Christchurch, 
BH23 6BE.

Yes.

Under 18s must follow and adhere to the following restrictions:

  • An adult aged over 21 must accompany you at all times (maximum of 2 under 18s per accompanying adult)
  • You must enter the festival before 1pm
  • You must be offsite by 7pm
  • You are not permitted to leave and re-enter the festival after 1pm
  • You may not purchase alcohol, cigarettes or any age-restricted products
  • You cannot access V.VIP, VIP Arena or Campsite at any time

Bournemouth 7s accepts the following forms of ID:

  • Passport
  • UK Photo card Driving License

You must bring the physical copy of your ID. We do not accept photocopies or pictures of ID. 

We operate a Challenge 25 Policy across all our bars so if you are lucky enough to look Under 25, then be prepared to prove your age.

You are more than welcome to bring food that doesn't require cooking.

Soft drinks are permitted however they MUST be sealed when entering the festival. If they are not sealed, the items will be confiscated by security upon entry.

You are NOT permitted to bring your own alcohol into the festival. 

However, fear not! There will be plenty of bars at the Festival where you can enjoy a drink! You can purchase alcohol from the Main Festival Arena and take it into the campsite.

General Admission Ticket Holders: 

Once you collect your wristband, you MUST stay onsite. If you leave, you cannot come back that day. Multi-day ticket holders may return on the next festival day.

Team Entry Players:
Teams who are staying in off-site accommodation can gain a Late Re-entry pass for a limited time period from info point.

Last Entry Times:
Friday – 11pm (Players & Campers Only)
Saturday & Sunday – 6pm
Under 18s – 1pm (Sat & Sun Only)

B7s operate a NO re-entry policy after 6pm on Saturday and Sunday. General ticket holders cannot exit and re-enter the Festival after this time.

General Admission Ticket Holders: 

Once you collect your wristband, you MUST stay onsite. If you leave, you cannot come back that day. Multi-day ticket holders may return on the next festival day.

Team Entry Players:
Teams who are staying in off-site accommodation can gain a Late Re-entry pass for a limited time period from info point.

Late Entry Passes are only valid for PLAYERS WHOSE MATCHES END AFTER 4PM. 
Players wishing to request a late entry pass must provide proof of local accommodation.

The following items are NOT allowed into the Festival, all of which will be removed and seized during the security searches upon arrival.

Bournemouth 7s operates a zero tolerance drugs policy. If you are caught with drugs upon entry, you will not be able to enter the festival and your ticket/wristband will be void.

Friday: Midday - Midnight

Please note you can start queuing from 10am on the Friday, however the gates and festival Campsite will open at midday.

Saturday: 8am - 1am
Sunday: 8am - 1am
Monday: Campsite closes Midday

We only accept card & contactless payments across all bars and food traders at the festival. 

TICKETS

Everything you need to know about buying and managing your tickets.

All general admission tickets are emailed directly to the purchaser and nominated ticket holders at the point of purchase. Please make sure to bring your e-ticket with you either electronically or as a printed copy. 

The Festival operates a 'No Refund' policy across all General Admission Tickets.

More details about our refund policy can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

In the unlikely event that the festival is cancelled, tickets will automatically be rolled over to the next available dates. There will also be a refund period which will be advertised widely; during this period full refunds can be applied for.

We are excited to offer interest-free payment plans for both Team Tickets and General Admission Tickets!

Team Tickets – We offer a variety of payment plans from Group Pay, Part Now Part Later & Pay-in-3 with Klarna.

General Admission – Our ticketing partners FIXR offer Payment plans instalments until April + Pay-in-3 with PayPal.

This is an easy and affordable way to split your payments, so you can enjoy all the festival fun without breaking the bank.

Our official partner, TicketSwap provide a safe and easy place for you sell your general admission ticket to another fan.

Please note that players tickets CANNOT be sold on resale platforms as they are specific to the sport and the team. You will need to sell it directly to somebody who would like to take your place on your team.

TEAM ENTRY

ALL Team Entry tickets will be sent out ~ 2 weeks before Bournemouth 7s Festival to the LEAD BOOKER of your team. All you should have received is a confirmation email of your booking. 

Yes! Please go to www.bournemouth7s.com/join and add 'Extra Players' to your basket. Always make sure to include your team name. 

We offer numerous upgrades for teams: Camping, VIP, VVIP, VVIP & Glamping and Deluxe VVIP & Glamping. You can add any of these to your team by going to www.bournemouth7s.com/join. It will be a separate booking to your team entry but will be associated with your team via the team name you provide. 

Fixtures will be released on the B7s app in early May for all sports*
 *with the exception of Touch Rugby, Dance and Fitness Games, whose tournament organisers will be in touch directly with information on timings or where to find them.

Sport info packs will be sent to your lead booker ~ 2 weeks before Bournemouth 7s Festival. This will include guide timings for the day.

Yes. If you sell your team entry on to someone else to use please contact Bournemouth 7s Festival to amend the details associated with the ticket.

Yes. Please contact Team Sales with any name/detail changes that you need. Please include the booking reference number and name currently on the booking to verify your link to the booking you wish to change. You will need to provide the name, email, mobile and DOB of the NEW person who will be using the ticket. 

Yes. For all changes to your booking please contact Team Sales. They will make changes to the booking on your behalf. 

TRAVEL

Getting to the festival and where to stay.

Yes, pay-and-display parking is available on site. We recommend car-sharing where possible.

We offer both the options for on-site camping & glamping packages for teams & general admission ticket holders to purchase.

Christchurch train station is a short taxi ride from the venue, and shuttle buses run on event days.

Car and minibus parking passes will be released in May ahead of the event.
