WHAT IS THE COMPETITION FORMAT?
Each team will have to complete five workout challenges across different zones.
All workouts will be range from 10- 20 minutes in length.*
Athletes will be required to demonstrate their all-round fitness capabilities across the key pillars of strength, speed, power and endurance.
*please note all workouts are subject to change
WHAT CATEGORIES WILL BE AVAILABLE?
Our Fitness Games are open to athletes of all levels. From newbies to elite athletes, there is a competition available to all.
For 2026 teams will be competing in Everyday and RX levels, across men’s, women’s and mixed teams of 4.

SHOULD I ENTER RX OR EVERYDAY?
Before choosing a category to enter, we would recommend looking closely at our movement standards to make sure you are comfortable with the workload for your team.
Everyday athlete is aimed at functional fitness athletes who train at strength & conditioning gyms, Hyrox and affiliates.
Where RX will have higher skilled movements like snatch, pull ups and chest to bar.

DO YOU HAVE FREE DRINKING WATER AVAILABLE?
There are drinking water points throughout the festival site which are free to use and there to keep you hydrated over the weekend. Make sure you bring your reusable water bottle with you!
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO BRING?
All equipment will be provided for our teams so all you will need is your workout kit and suitable footwear.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET?
All Team tickets will be emailed to the captains of each team in early May. This includes any upgrades individuals would have purchased. You can either bring e-tickets or print them off and distribute them to your team members.
NO TICKET = NO ENTRY
CAN I RESELL MY TICKET IF I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND THE FESTIVAL?
Players tickets CANNOT be sold on resale platforms as they are specific to the sport and the team. You will need to sell it directly to somebody who would like to take your place on your team.
HOW ARE THE EVENTS SCORED?
Your team will be given a score/time for each workout, with this score ranked vs other teams in your competition.
WHAT ARE THE FITNESS GAMES WORKOUTS?
All workouts will be released before May 2025, giving all teams equal opportunity to prepare before the live event.
ARE THERE RESTS BETWEEN EVENTS?
Yes, rest period for all competitors are incorporated into the Fitness Games event .
